When I started in the fitness industry, longevity wasn’t really a conversation. And when it was, it was exclusively around aging. How old are we living to – and how do we keep extending that number? Simple as that.

Today, (fortunately) it’s a conversation about performance – and how you move, think, recover, and perform at your highest level for as long as possible.

After all, what is the point of reaching a record number if you’re stuck in a chair, constantly fighting the latest ailment, surgery, or medication the doctors are throwing at you? It’s not how I would define longevity success – for myself, or for my clients.

At WRTH Performance, longevity isn’t a trend. It’s a training philosophy. We are creating a blueprint (and the supporting resources) to build a stronger, more capable body that doesn’t burn out just because there are more candles on your cake.
